Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the website kaneriyafabrics.com ("the Website"), operated by KANERIYA FABRICS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Seller Information

Products and Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes including GST. The final payable amount, including shipping charges, is clearly displayed at checkout before payment. We do not make misleading claims about discounts. The original MRP and selling price are transparently displayed for every product.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received (for UPI) or upon order placement (for COD). We accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and Cash on Delivery. We do not store any payment card data or UPI credentials. GST invoices are generated for all orders in compliance with tax regulations.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 5-9 business days. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details and timelines.

Prohibited Items

KANERIYA FABRICS does not sell any prohibited or restricted goods including drugs, weapons, counterfeit products, lottery tickets, adult content, or tobacco/alcohol products. All products listed on our website comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of KANERIYA FABRICS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

KANERIYA FABRICS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
